非常感谢 druibe 童鞋推荐，还请给予关怀，也欢迎大家踊跃 投递 。 昨天，一名波士顿大学的研究生因为非法下载并传播了30首歌，被联邦陪审团起诉，要求赔偿675,000美刀。波士顿地方法庭花了三小时，判决我们的主角，Joel Tenenbaum，25岁的物理博士生，故意侵犯30首歌的版权，包括涅槃乐队的”comes as you are” “nine inch nails” “the perfect drug”。陪审团每首歌了收他22,500美刀。。。Tenenbaum大侠毫无愧疚地承认，他从99年到07年至少通过p2p下载并分享了上百首歌，他对这笔判决“失望但不惊讶”“还好没超过百万” 其实陪审团最多可以每首歌管他要150,000。加起来就是四百五十万那！如果罪名成立的话，Tenenbaum说他只好申请破产保护了就。他的律师顾问，哈佛法律教授Charles Nesson说，他们会上诉。。。 来源 druiber:呃，米国果然是个法制国家啊！我简单算了一下，我欠他们的钱够整一次太空旅游的了。 © mailer for 煎蛋 | 评论 |
