Magic offers an in-house stand-alone complete back-end streamlined compliance service for investor KYC-AML-Accreditation, typically required for all fundraising. Projects rating in the US are also required to maintain an internal KYC/AML program, to which Magic can advise and support. An accredited investor is a person or a business entity who is allowed to deal in securities that may not be registered with financial authorities. SPV

A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) is a separate legal entity created by an organisation. The SPV is a distinct company with its own assets and liabilities, as well as its own legal status. This is an annual fee charged on the cash flows of the project to for operational expenses of the SPV

Performance/Carry Fee

Carry fee is a share of any profits that the general partners of private equity firms receive as a compensation regardless of whether they contribute any initial funds. Because Carry fee acts as a type of performance fee, it acts to motivate the the fund’s overall performance.
